Brief Posting Description

We are looking for an Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) developer with a passion for developing solutions that enable Oracle Cloud applications to seamlessly connect with a variety of cloud and on-premise applications both within Oracle Cloud suite of products and hybrid third-party systems.

NOTE : There is one position available and this position will be filled at either the IT Application Integration Developer III (Job grade NB21) or IT Senior Application Integration Developer (Job grade NB23). This decision will be based on the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate and Tri-State business needs at the time of hire.

IT Senior Application Integration Developer

Hiring Salary Range: $102,000-$128,000

IT Application Integration Developer III

Hiring Salary Range: $84,000-$105,000

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary outside of the posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.

Job Requirements

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support migrating multiple legacy on-premise applications to Oracle cloud Financials (ERP), Human Capital Management (HCM), Supply Chain Execution, and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)

  • Provide significant contribution and oversight in the design and development of integration solutions and solution prototyping

  • Deliver high quality products/solutions and ensures that best practices and sound engineering principals are applied in all phases of the software development life cycle

  • Tasks include working with internal and external customers and partners to define functional and interface specifications, design integration architecture, prototype, implement and test integration solutions

  • Take accountability and complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner

  • Run and monitor software performance tests on new and existing programs for the purposes of correcting errors, isolating areas for improvement, and general debugging.

  • Adhere to and demonstrate compliance with appropriate electric utility industry regulatory requirements.Attain knowledge and remain knowledgeable of development in regulations, laws, standards and best practices applicable to the functional area including, but not limited to, Standards of Conduct, Environmental, Employment Law, NERC Reliability Standards and Safety.Must be familiar with, and comply with, all aspects of Corporate Policy C-54, Compliance.

REQUIRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Training:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Ability:

  • Knowledge and experience implementing integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud service (OIC) and related Oracle technologies

  • Expert level knowledge on enterprise integration architecture and patterns

  • Passion and a genuine interest in designing and developing integrations

  • Knowledge and understanding of iPaaS technologies and cloud native architectures

  • Familiarity with Oracle ERP/HCM/SCM Cloud processes and data models

  • Possesses sufficient knowledge to constructively challenge current practices or approaches with a focus on streamlining and improving current practices.

  • Has the ability to gain working knowledge of other departments and how these areas can benefit his/her area

  • Ability to coach and develop others on the project team

  • Flexible and adaptable in regard to learning and understanding new products or platforms.

  • Excellent communications skills, both oral and written with ability to explain complex issues in clear, concise, persuasive language.

Experience

  • Eight (8) or more years of developing and supporting application integrations with both cloud based and hybrid solutions

  • Four (4) years of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) implementation experience

  • Must have at least one full cycle project implementation experience in developing interfaces with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for Oracle ERP/HCM cloud

  • Implementation experience with Oracle SaaS APIs, connection agents, and adapters.

  • Extensive experience designing integrations using Oracle's iPaaS tools

  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Cloud SOAP and REST web services

  • Willingness to travel as required. (Must possess a valid driver's license.)

  • Must be able to demonstrate the ability to perform all of the essential functions of the position.

Note: The above requirements describe the experience and education qualifications for the IT Senior Application Integration Developer. Those with less experience will be hired at the III grade level.
