Job Description:

Responsible for developing and executing integration and analytics strategies that align with business objectives, enabling seamless data flow and insights to support the organization’s data-driven decision-making capabilities. This role manages the architecture, implementation, and maintenance of data integration solutions and analytics systems across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments, ensuring reliable and secure data interactions. This role leads a technical team focused on delivering robust integration solutions, developing analytics and reporting platforms, and maintaining data quality and security. Collaborates with other technology teams and business leaders to advance the organization’s data strategy and facilitate effective decision-making through optimized data management and insights.

Integration and Analytics Manager

Hiring Salary Range: $140,000-$191,000

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary outside of the posted hiring salary range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing technical team, providing direction, coaching, and development opportunities to foster accountability, technical depth, and customer focus.

  • Set performance goals, conduct regular evaluations, and support professional development to enhance team capabilities.

  • Build strong relationships between all technology groups to create multidisciplinary teams that work together (remove silos).

  • Establish data integration and analytics strategies that align with organizational objectives, supporting effective, data-driven decision-making.

  • Design and deploy application integrations to ensure efficient communication, data transfer, and automated workflows across the enterprise, enhancing system interoperability and functionality.

  • Create and support integration solutions across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments, applying best practices to maintain high reliability and security.

  • Develop standardized data formats to improve data consistency and accessibility across disparate systems.

  • Design, document, and manage APIs to support data exchange and system interactions.

  • Develop ETL processes and visualizations using available enterprise platforms in consideration of data requirements and customer needs.

  • Oversee the development of accessible and user-friendly analytics and reporting platforms, working with stakeholders to identify and report on key metrics and KPIs.

  • Collaborate with cybersecurity and other technology teams to ensure integration solutions meet compliance and security standards.

  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and responsiveness within the team to meet and exceed service expectations.

  • Prepare status reports and keep management and other stakeholders informed of status and related issues.

  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures and attain knowledge and remain knowledgeable of regulations, laws, standards, and best practices applicable to functional area.

  • Because Tri-State has an obligation to provide continuous, reliable electric service to its customers, the ability to work overtime at any time of the day or week is considered an essential function of the job.

Qualifications:

Education and Training:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, information systems, or a related field.

  • Advanced degree or certifications in data analytics, data engineering, or data management desired.

Skills:

  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performance teams.

  • Hands-on leadership skills with the ability to provide both strategic direction and tactical support to teams.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

  • Exceptional project management abilities, capable of prioritizing multiple projects and ensuring quality delivery.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

  • High attention to detail, commitment to service excellence and continuous improvement.
